CONSTELACIONES  2008

    Constelaciones (Constellations) is a work inspired in the way man perceives nature. More specifically, it is based in the 12 zodiacal constellations, as each one of them is represented by a minute of music, and, at the same time, strongly characterized by their respective influence: Fire (fast and forte), Earth (slow and forte), Air (fast and piano) and Water (slow and piano). Finally, it´s in the interpreter´s will whether to play the work in order of constellations or by the group of elements, as well as the choice of the first piece to be played. This decision could change the perception the spectator receives from the work.

    Regardless of these formal possibilities, Constelaciones offers a great variety of materials that all together constitute a suggestive and vital work.
